

About Dr. Yu Han
Dr. Yu Han is a highly experienced acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner with over 40 years of clinical, academic and teaching experience in China and the United Kingdom. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (1983) and a Master of Medicine from the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (1987), together with the professional title of Associate Chief Physician (Senior Clinical Specialist) in China.
Dr. Han developed her extensive clinical, academic and teaching experience at the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in Beijing, one of China's leading institutions for Traditional Chinese Medicine research, education and clinical practice. There she provided care for patients with common, chronic and complex conditions, supervised students and junior practitioners, and contributed to clinical teaching and professional education.
Since relocating to London in 1995, she has continued to practise acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the UK, providing individualised care for patients with a wide range of common, chronic and complex conditions. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture UK (ATCM) and is committed to safe, ethical and patient-centred care and to maintaining high standards of professional practice.
Holistic Background
Dr. Han's practice combines advanced postgraduate medical education, extensive clinical experience, clinical teaching and three decades of practice in the UK. Her training encompassed Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and Western medicine, giving her a broad diagnostic foundation from which to assess each patient's presentation.
She has particular clinical experience in women's health and gynaecology, fertility and infertility, age-related conditions and dermatological conditions, as well as the management of longstanding and complex health problems.

Dr. Han conducts detailed patient assessments and develops individual treatment plans based on clinical presentation and TCM diagnosis, monitoring treatment response and adapting care according to each patient's needs.
